Enter the Casino Floor and follow the right-hand walkway towards Gem Bar. Continue on the walkway, passing Javier’s on your right-hand side. Julian Serrano will be to the left of the Front Desk once you reach the Main Lobby.

From the Front Desk

Julian Serrano will be on your right-hand side when facing the casino from the Front Desk.
